Information used by the app
You may enter business information, client contact details, invoice and quote information, payment records, time entries, notes, branding and preferences. Giant Tiny Office uses this information only on your device to provide the features you request.
No developer collection or tracking
The developer does not receive or collect the information you enter into Giant Tiny Office. The app has no developer-operated account system, cloud service, advertising, analytics, behavioural tracking or sale of personal information.
Local storage and security
App records are stored in Giant Tiny Office’s private application storage on your device. The Android app disables operating-system cloud backup for its private app data and does not request broad storage, contacts, location, camera or microphone permissions. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and any files you export.
Exports, email and external services
When you choose to export a backup, PDF, HTML file or report, the app creates that file at your request. When you choose to email or share a document, Giant Tiny Office hands it to an app or service you select. When you open a payment or website link, it opens in an external browser or app. Those user-directed transfers are governed by the privacy practices of the recipient, email provider, storage provider, browser, payment provider or other service you choose. The Giant Tiny App Factory does not receive those transfers.
Retention and deletion
Your records remain on your device until you edit or delete them, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app. Because Android backup is disabled for the app’s private data, uninstalling or clearing storage removes that local app data. Exported files and documents already shared with another app or person must be deleted separately from the locations where you saved or sent them.
Children
Giant Tiny Office is a business productivity product intended for adults and is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
If Giant Tiny Office’s data practices change, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before the changed practices are released. The effective date above identifies the current version.
